Nicole Benge
Nicole Benge serves as the Connections Director at RCC, stepping into this role in January 2026. She and her husband, Pastor T, have been part of the RCC family since 2016.
Nicole is passionate about helping people feel seen, known, and truly belong. She loves creating clear, intentional pathways that make it easy for people to take their next step, whether that’s getting connected, finding community, or growing in their faith. She thrives on bringing order where it’s needed and is often heard saying, “I have an idea.” It’s become a running joke between her and her husband, since her ideas almost always include him, too.
Nicole genuinely loves organizing, just about anything, and also enjoys building processes. Outside of her role, she enjoys spending time laughing and talking with her husband and best friend.
Nicole and Pastor T have two amazing adult daughters, with one living in Washington and the other in Arizona. While there are no grandbabies yet, she’s ready when they are.
